Key Responsibilities

• Execute SMS, email, and voicemail marketing campaigns
• Build and refine automation workflows in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or Go High Level
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content
• Use AI tools to generate and improve content
• Write and publish SEO-friendly blog posts
• Create basic visuals when needed (Canva optional)
• Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for lead nurturing and digital tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns
• Experience with Go High Level workflows, funnels, and triggers
• Experience running SMS, email, and voicemail campaigns
• Understanding of automation and customer journeys
• Social media management experience
• Ability to write SEO-oriented blog content

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Software Tester who can evaluate product quality through structured test execution, defect reporting, and clear communication with the development team. This role focuses entirely on manual testing, requiring strong analytical skills, careful observation, and the ability to work independently within fast-paced release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and integration testing
• Identify bugs, log defects, and verify fixes using tracking tools
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios for new features
• Validate user flows and edge cases across web and/or mobile platforms
• Perform basic data validation and field checks
• Prepare test summaries and communicate findings with the engineering team
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements
• Ensure all testing aligns with QA standards and release timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, or similar)
• Ability to create clear test plans, test cases, and documentation
• Experience performing functional and regression testing
• Basic understanding of SQL for simple data checks (optional but helpful)
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
